Thousands of demonstrators took to the streets of Washington DC on Saturday to rally against President-elect Donald Trump two days ahead of his inauguration.

The People’s March – previously known as the Women’s March – has taken place every year since 2017.

Demonstrators carried posters and placards on a number of issues from reproductive rights to climate change.
